Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and I take pride in providing each guest with a seamless, luxury experience. Out of respect for both my time and my clients, I kindly ask that you review the following: • Cancellations & Rescheduling – Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment so I may accommodate other guests on my waitlist. I know things happens! • No-Call / No-Show – Missed appointments without notice may affect your ability to reserve future bookings. • Late Arrivals – If you are running behind, please contact me promptly. I will always do my best to honor your service, but adjustments may be necessary to respect the next guest’s time. More than 30 mins late will result in a reschedule.
